BANANA NUT OATMEAL

 

Ingredients:

  • ½ whole banana
  • cup raw oats
  • 7 walnut halves or almonds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 120ml fat free milk

 

Directions:

  1. Prepare oats according to package directions with milk instead of water. 
  2. Top with walnuts, banana slices and cinnamon.
