PEANUT BUTTER BERRY OVERNIGHT OATS

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/3 cup Oats, rolled
  • 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt -  low fat, plain
  • 1/4 cup fat free milk
  • 2 tsp(s) peanut butter
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1/2 cup(s) berries - mixed (frozen)


Directions:

  1. Place all ingredients in to a container, jar or small bowl, and stir to combine.
  2. Cover well with a lid or cling film, and store in the fridge overnight.
  3. Enjoy straight from the jar or bowl the next morning!
