- 1/3 cup Oats, rolled
- 1/4 cup Greek Yogurt - low fat, plain
- 1/4 cup fat free milk
- 2 tsp(s) peanut butter
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1/2 cup(s) berries - mixed (frozen)
- Place all ingredients in to a container, jar or small bowl, and stir to combine.
- Cover well with a lid or cling film, and store in the fridge overnight.
- Enjoy straight from the jar or bowl the next morning!
