Spinach & Swiss Omlette


  • 42g fresh spinach leaves
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup Swiss cheese



  1. Warm pan over medium heat and spray pan with cooking spray.
  2. Sauté spinach leaves. When warmed through and wilted, beat eggs and pour in pan.
  3. Before completely set, add shredded cheese and fold.
