Nutty banana pops



  • ½ TBS cocoa powder                                  
  •  ¼ cup fat free vanilla yoghurt                                 
  •  1/4 small ripe banana                                            
  •  ½ tsp raw honey                                         
  • 2 tsp chopped peanuts                                           



  1. In a blender combine the cocoa, yogurt, and the honey and process until smooth.
  2. Dip the banana in the mixture and freeze until firm.
  3. Brush each banana lightly with a bit of honey and sprinkle with, or roll in, the chopped peanuts.
  4. Serve or store in the freezer.
