- ½ TBS cocoa powder
- ¼ cup fat free vanilla yoghurt
- 1/4 small ripe banana
- ½ tsp raw honey
- 2 tsp chopped peanuts
- In a blender combine the cocoa, yogurt, and the honey and process until smooth.
- Dip the banana in the mixture and freeze until firm.
- Brush each banana lightly with a bit of honey and sprinkle with, or roll in, the chopped peanuts.
- Serve or store in the freezer.
