- Salt and pepper to taste
- ½ tsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 ½ tbsp lite mayo
- ¼ large carrot
- 30g shredded cabbage
- 65g broccoli
- 3 tbsp chutney
- 1 ½ chicken breast
- Brush chutney on chicken breast and grill on fire until done.
- Steam broccoli for about 5 minutes or until tender.
- To make coleslaw, shred cabbage and carrots. Combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, light mayo, apple cider vinegar, and salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve cooked chicken with broccoli and coleslaw.
