GREEK CHICKEN PITA

 

Ingredients:

  • 8 olives
  • 30 grams low fat feta cheese
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • 1/2 tomato
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 pita
  • 2 strawberries          


Directions:

  1. Cook chicken breast as desired. 
  2. Dice chicken. Chop cucumber, tomato, and shred lettuce. 
  3. Stuff whole wheat pita with diced chicken breast, chopped cucumber, chopped tomatoes, lettuce, feta cheese, strawberries and olives.
