Greek Salad with Grapes & Pita Wedges

 

Ingredients

  • 3 cups lettuce
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 30g low fat feta cheese
  • 1 tomato
  • 8 olives
  • 1 small onion
  • balsamic vinegar to taste 
  • 1 cup grapes
  • ½ pita

 

Directions:

  1. Cook chicken breast as desired.
  2. Slice tomato and desired amount of onion into thin slices. Cut pita into wedges.
  3. Top lettuce with chicken breast, feta cheese, tomato slices, olives, and onion slices. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Serve with grapes and pita wedges.
