SPINACH & SWISS OMELET

 

Ingredients:

  • 45 grams spinach leaves
  • 2 eggs
  • 30 grams cheese

 

Directions:

  1. Warm pan over medium heat and spray pan with cooking spray
  2. Sauté spinach leaves. When warmed through and wilted, beat eggs and pour in pan.
  3. Before completely set, add shredded cheese. Fold.
