Sweet Mango Prawn Salad


  • 120g prawns
  • 30g Cheddar cheese
  • ½ tomato
  • 1 spring onion
  • ½ medium mango
  • Fresh coriander
  • To taste – black pepper


  1. Cook and chill prawns.
  2. Chop tomato, mango and slice spring onion.
  3. Combine cooked and chilled prawns with shredded cheese, chopped tomato, sliced spring onion, chopped mango, fresh coriander leaves and pepper to taste.
